SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the Innovative Tax Guidance Marketing SMS Program offered by INNOVATIVETAXGUIDANCE LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Marketing program

The program sends recurring marketing text messages about our tax resolution services, promotional offers, and consultation opportunities to people who affirmatively opt in. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

This program is marketing-only. It does not enroll you in appointment reminders, account updates, customer support messages, or other service-message programs. A consultation inquiry alone is not SMS enrollment.

2. How to enroll

You enroll by entering a mobile number you are authorized to use, affirmatively checking the separate optional marketing SMS checkbox on our website form, and submitting the form. The checkbox must be unchecked by default. A telephone number or form submission without that affirmative choice does not authorize marketing SMS.

Consent is specific to INNOVATIVETAXGUIDANCE LLC. It is not permission for another business’s marketing. We do not use purchased lists or another business’s consent as permission for this program. An enrollment confirmation or additional confirmation step may be used where required by the approved provider.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a free consultation. You may request a consultation without consenting to marketing SMS. This SMS choice does not provide consent for automated calls, prerecorded calls, email marketing, or a separate SMS purpose.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s messaging and data charges apply as described in your mobile service plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

4. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to a message to cancel marketing SMS. Clear requests to stop are also accepted, including standard keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPT OUT where supported. You may also request cancellation by email at support@innovativetaxguidance.com or by calling 772-666-4985.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a single non-promotional confirmation of the cancellation. Further marketing must be suppressed across the connected program and pending queues. No further marketing may be sent unless you provide a new affirmative opt-in. A consultation or later contact by itself does not re-enroll you.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on participating carrier networks, compatible devices, and service availability. Delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be transferred for another company’s independent marketing. Operational providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver the program and manage preferences.

8. Your telephone number

You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Notify us using the support details above if you change, deactivate, or transfer the number. Opt out before giving up the number whenever possible.

9. Program changes

The program may be modified or discontinued subject to applicable requirements. Changes to these terms do not expand your prior permission to new purposes or other businesses. A materially different message purpose requires its own appropriate consent.

10. Tax services and contact

INNOVATIVETAXGUIDANCE LLC is a private company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS, the U.S. Treasury, or another government agency. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances. Results, settlement amounts, program acceptance, and timelines are not guaranteed. Consumers may contact the IRS directly. A consultation request does not establish a professional engagement.
